Some snapshots from our very first official Military Dandelion Club meeting! 💜🌼
Led by Mrs. Cunningham and Mrs. Priebe, this special club creates a space for our military-connected students to build friendships, share experiences, and support one another.
Clubs are so important because they foster connection, belonging, confidence, and leadership. They give students opportunities to grow outside the classroom and remind them they are part of a strong, supportive community.
We are so proud of these students and excited to watch this club continue to bloom!

4th grade wrapped up their novel study of How to Eat Fried Worms with a FRIED WORM TASTING! 🪱🍽️
First, our 4th graders created their own “fried worm” recipes using ingredients of their choice. Then came the big moment — taste testing their creations! 😄
It was a total hit and such a fun (and brave!) way to bring our book to life. Hands-on learning makes stories unforgettable!

Our 4th graders put science into action this week! 🧪🌎
As part of 4th grades unit on renewable and nonrenewable resources, students conducted a hands-on experiment to test the most effective ways to clean up an oil spill. They explored how human activity impacts the environment and discovered just how challenging protecting our natural resources can be.
Through teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving, our students are learning not only the science behind environmental impact—but also the responsibility we share in caring for our planet. 💧🌱
